Fairy Birthday Banner
Here’s how to create a fairy banner for your party. All the fairy banners/bunting spell out “HAPPY BIRTHDAY!” They also have a two fairy picture flags to place at either or both ends of your banner if you choose to do so.
It’s easy to make a banner in no time with some string or curling ribbon, sticky tape and scissors.
You can have these printed at home or a nearby print store. You can print them on card stock or just normal printer paper is fine too.
Make sure you set your page orientation to LANDSCAPE before printing. You can print on letter or ledger size paper (A4 or A3 size). Either will work just fine depending on how big you would like your banner to be.
Once you’ve printed them, simply cut the triangles out and stick them to the string/ribbon with sticky tape. I stick the string at the back so you don’t see it, so you will need to arrange the letters back to front.
So instead of “HAPPY” arrange the letters to spell “YPPAH” and when you turn the banner over, it’s ready to hang. And do the same with BIRTHDAY!
I always put my decorations on with washi tape. That way it will leave your paint on the wall after the party when you remove the decoration.
I like to add a balloon arrangement to the corner of the banners for that extra fun party look.
This can be as simple as 3 balloons in your color scheme tied together with string and arranged either side.

Once cut out simply attach with sticky tape or hot glue to a toothpick or a cake pop stick. They’re then ready to stick into your favorite frosted cupcakes.
