Elf on Strike
Elf on the Shelf is a fun Christmas tradition that has grown steadily every year. Santa Claus sends his elves from the North Pole to your house to keep an eye on the kids and have lots of fun along the way.
It can be hard to come up with lots of easy elf ideas as the month goes on. Printable props will be a huge help when you need a good idea and fast.
If your children’s behavior is not quite what you were hoping for, a little reminder from your elf can go a long way! That’s why we designed these fun Elf on strike signs. You don’t want a bad day of behavior to turn into a bad week. Have your scout elf bring out one of these little strike signs to encourage better behavior.

Elf on Strike Printable Signs
There are 3 different types of Elf on Strike signs and 1 official warning sign to download and print for free. You can use the Elf on strike as a note or a make it into a sign. Scroll down to see them all.
The first elf sign is a super cute letterboard in 2 variations that says “Elf on Strike” and “Elf on strike due to bad behavior”. They are available in several different colors and some have pretty Christmas lights on them too to suit your Elf’s aesthetic.
There are 12 signs on the one page to print and cut out. The squares measure 2 inch by 2 inch if printing on Letter size paper. If printing on A4 paper they are 5cm by 5cm.
The next Elf on strike printables are shown below. They are Elf on Strike and Elf on Strike Be Good signs to discourage naughty behavior.
You can glue or sticky tape a toothpick on the back of the signs if you wish. See photo below.
There are 6 of these rectangular signs per page to print and cut out and leave with your elf. Print out one page and use your favorite sign with your elf.
The third Elf on Strike printable comes in a full page design. Simply print and leave next to your elf. See the two designs below: Elf on Strike and Elf on Strike due to bad behavior.
This sign is also super handy if you forgot to move your Elf – and you need some better behavior from your kids.
You can always leave the sign in a conspicuous place after you’ve realised that you’ve forgotten to move your elf. If your kids have been naughty it’s your instant get out of jail card for forgetting to move the elf.
You can leave these large signs either with or without your elf. You can hide your Elf for the day for maximum effect and just leave this large note.

All our Elf on strike signs are fine to print on 80gsm paper, but you could also print them on thicker card stock if you prefer.
