Elf on the Shelf Planner Printable

The links to download these calendar / planner printables are at the bottom of the article. Read through this article for instructions, then scroll to the bottom to find the links to download. Each printable can be printed as many times as you like. They look amazing printed in color but if you can print them in black and white if you prefer.

Make sure that your printer settings are set to ‘portrait’ orientation for the two planners and ‘landscape’ orientation for the 2 calendars and that ‘fit to page’ is selected. They are designed to be printed on ‘Letter’ size paper or A4 paper.

Elf on the Shelf Planner

This Elf antic planner is the first step in your Elf planning. This Elf ideas printable is a great way to keep all of your ideas for your elf in the one place. Write all of your ideas down on the Elf planner whether you think you’ll use them or not.

Just print this Elf on the Shelf planner out and jot your ideas down as you think of them or come across them on the internet. This way, you will have them all in the one place and you won’t forget any of them. 

Step 1: Write down any Elf on the Shelf antics and adventures that you can think of. Even if they seem silly or too hard….write them all down as a big brain dump to begin with. You can add to this throughout the month.

Elf Planner

This is the second step in your elf planning. Pick out your favorite (or most achievable ideas) from your list in step 1. Write them down on the Elf planner to make them happen.

The Elf on the Shelf plan has room for 4 ideas per sheet. It has room to write the idea and things you need to do and the props you need to make your elf adventure happen. At the bottom of each idea, simply circle whether you are ready for each elf idea. It’s a quick way to pick out ideas when you are short on time.

There’s also space at the bottom of the planner to write any additional notes that will help you and your Elf’s adventures.

Step 2: Write out your favorite elf ideas and the things you need to do and props you need to make the adventure happen.
